What We Accept

As a design education platform, our goal is to publish helpful and valuable content that helps designers gain new knowledge and insights.

We accept articles around the following categories: 
  • Graphic Design
  • Web Design
  • UI/UX
  • Inspiration
  • AI in design
You're welcome to pitch your ideas and if they're interesting enough for our audience, we'll consider publishing them.

Content Guidelines

All publications go through a rigorous content review where we check if your content meets our publishing standards.

Here are some guidelines to keep in mind while submitting an article to GridRule:
  • Cite back and link to credible sources to back your facts or ideas. 
  • Understand your target audience before writing the article.
  • Include images or visuals in your article to keep it engaging. 
  • Proofread your articles before submitting them to ensure there are no grammatical errors. 
  • Content should be at least 1800 words long. 
  • DO NOT submit content for the sole purpose of getting a backlink. 
  • DO NOT submit content that is copied, spun, or generated through AI tools. 
  • DO NOT submit content that explicitly sells a product, tool, service, or app. 
  • Submit content in a Google Doc with proper formatting. 
  • Images should have proper credits that link directly to the source website. 
  • Send all images in a ZIP folder with proper naming. 
  • Provide an author bio along with a headshot image for your profile. 

How To Submit

Before you submit, you should know that it might take us 1-2 weeks to respond to your suggestions as we receive a large volume of content.
